ERS was established in 2017 to provide advice and support to NZ businesses in the workplace.
Our services include HR issues, collective bargaining, investigations (including harassment and bullying), restructuring, and performance / disciplinary issues, personal grievances and business development (culture, engagement and leadership).
The ERS team is made up of HR professionals who have experience working with a wide variety of industries. At the helm is Jason Tuck, director, who has over 35 years of Human Resources and Employment Relations Management experience.
