Advice: We provide you with advice on your contractual and legal obligations, support to prepare for, engage and implement the outcomes from collective bargaining, from initiation through to implementation of a collective agreement.
Support: We specialise in supporting employers at any stage of the process, developing claims, evaluating union objectives, designing strategies and engaging in the bargaining process.
Strategy: We undertake an environmental analysis of your organisation, to take account of your unique circumstances when designing an effective strategy. We also consider the sector you operate in and the wider economic and political environment to ensure a well-considered, robust strategy is developed.
Training: We train and support your team to undertake bargaining or lead that process for you, working collaboratively with inhouse resources. We have undertaken multi union and employer bargaining, navigated strikes, lockouts and legal action resulting from bargaining. You will be in safe, experienced hands.
Context: Finally, as we undertake bargaining across all sectors in New Zealand including corporate, manufacturing, FMCG, supply chain & logistics, marine, central & local government, engaging with all main unions, we bring extensive knowledge of claims and settlements achieved to provide you with context to undertake your bargaining successfully.
